Administrative Coordinator – Prague, Czech Republic

Job Function:

• Your function as an independent contractor at ExpatRide will be to effectively communicate with our customers, partners and suppliers. We work in a very fast-paced environment. Two days are rarely the same.
• We always look for ways to improve service quality. Synchronizing cross-functional efforts with other departments.
• Constantly keep our database up to date.
• We will teach you how to handle all aspects of our operation. You will learn how to use the tools that are available to do your job.
• Most communication is via email. During your shifts, you will be managing incoming calls, the database, several mailboxes, and assigned projects. Being able to effectively multi-task is a must.
• You earn your salary by delivering top quality, efficient and friendly service to our partners, suppliers, customers, and your team members.

The nice office environment provides all necessities and facilities for our Prague team.What we expect from you:

• To be very detail-oriented is a must. Be well-organized, proactive, and make sure you always deliver first-class customer service, both in writing and verbally. Be an excellent communicator.
• Take responsibility for making sure that all your deadlines are kept, and continually suggest areas of improvements which can better our service and processes. We are a constantly growing company.
• You should be fluent in English and a Scandinavian language.
